Mission:

Develop the abilities of people with disabilities and their capabilities to access the maximum amount of self-reliance and independence and to achieve the principle of equal opportunity and social justice and the protection of their rights.


Goals:

1. Participation of local councils and associations in the social responsibility to the cause of disability.
2. Promote community ownership of community based rehabilitation process.
3. Strengthen the capacity of the community to be able to deal constructively with disability issues.
4. Strengthening the role of communities in demanding the rights of people with disabilities at the national level.
5. Promotion of a culture of civil rights and community accountability and therefore a democratic culture.
