Mission:

The Ministry of Health of the Palestinian Authority is one of the independent institutions state of Palestine committed to the principle of joint work with all partners to develop performance in the health sector, and develop it in order to ensure a professional management of the health sector and create a leadership capable of policy development and organization of work and ensure the provision of quality services in all health sector; public and private.

Goals:

1 - Strengthening management and leadership.
2 - Strengthening planning and management and sustainable financing for the best use of the available possibilities.
3 - Promoting healthy lifestyles and improve the management of chronic diseases.
4 – T o ensure quality health services to everyone, especially the poor and vulnerable groups.
5 - Enhanced funding and financial management for sustainability and transparency.
6 - To enhance the effectiveness of aid in support of the national strategy for health.
7 - To strengthen the partnership and integration between the public and private sectors.
8 - To promote and develop cooperation between sectors, including the health aspect which appeared in the national plan for disasters and emergencies.
