Goals:
The center helps people with severe intellectual disability through rehabilitation, to become able to integrate into the community and deliver basic needs and a decent life by maintaining the following objectives:
General objective: To offer, Children with intellectual disabilities in the West Bank, all the services in terms of: (residential, behavior modification "behavioral services", health and psychological therapeutic, recreational and community services. Goals: 1 - Offer training and rehabilitation programs for the mentally handicapped to achieve full independence and self-reliance and personal capacity development. 2 - Development of personal abilities of children so that they are able to integration within their families and society after leaving the center. 3 - To reduce the burden of families and care givers for this category, especially for poor families. 4 - Strengthening family relationships between the disabled child and his family through the guidance of the family on how to deal with disabled people. 5 - Public awareness and community regarding the traditional thoughts of people with special needs by highlighting their potential and their creative energies. 6 - Creating programs and activities to integrate of disabled children with non-disabled children. 7 - Keep up with scientific progress and scientific research direction for this category.

Training
1 – The way to deal with the cycle of people with disabilities and the intervention in times of crisis. 2 – Wechsler test for the diagnosis of a mental disability. 3 - Violence against women. 4 - Guide leader in the development of life skills for young men and women. 5 - Treatment by eye movement.
