Mission:

Enhancing social developmental work and the development of comprehensive and integrated social policies for the development of society and improve the quality of life for its members, and employment information and knowledge to provide excellent social services and the consolidation of the process of sustainable development based on the principle of accountability and participation.


Goals:

1 - The basic rights of Palestinian children in the light of the conventions and the Arab and international charters.
2 - The right of the disabled in social integration and equal opportunities.
3 - The right of elderly people in the social and health care, psychological and rehabilitative.
4 - Juvenile's right to protection from delinquency and homelessness.
5 - women's right to equality and equal opportunities in light of the Palestinian national strategy for women, conventions and the Arab and international charters.
6 - Providing care and protection for children of unknown parentage that have no family ties.
7 - To reduce school drop-out phenomena, especially in the basic stage.
8 - Providing care for delinquent juveniles and detainees and convicts, in addition to provide social, psychological and educational rehabilitation.
9 - The empowerment of women and enhancing awareness of the knowledge of their legitimate rights and focus on rural women, and develop programs for the social and economic integration in the development process.
10 - Anti-illiteracy among women and men in marginalized areas, especially rural areas.
11 - The fight against poverty, through the creation of job opportunities for poor families.
12 - Providing health care to patients by providing health insurance.
