1 - To provide opportunities for training, education and rehabilitation to disabled people in order to reach the stage of social integration in appropriate fields.
2 – Enhancing the independence and self-reliance of the person with disabilities and break the cycle of dependence on others.
3 - Achieving qualification based on cooperation between the center and the family, community and health education to serve people with disabilities without feeling inferior or embarrassed.
4 - Building the capacity of people with disabilities and develop the level of awareness of the problems of their disability.
