Ministry of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs

The Ministry of Prisoners' Affairs and ex-prisoners works on the liberation of all Palestinian prisoners from Israeli prisons and jails and keep their cause active, on both, Arab and international levels, and make it a national priority to any solutions in the future. Also, to provide appropriate services, and a decent life for prisoners and ex-prisoners and detainees and their families.

Goals:

1 - Work on liberating all prisoners and detainees from Israeli prisons.
2 - Ensure a decent life for prisoners and care for their children and their families.
3 - Rehabilitation and reintegration of ex-detainees in the Palestinian society.
4 - Grab the international legal status for prisoners and detainees.
5 - Developing and raising and improving the internal capacity of the Ministry.
