Mission:

The Palestine technical college/Arroub was established to supply the local market with specialists, to create more effective compatibility between the skills of graduates and work performance requirements. And to participate in development through their contributions to the technical, scientific and application of total quality standards.


Goals:

1. Contribute to cover the needs of the local market of graduates without the need for training.
2. Continuously develop the trainees to achieve a better quality of graduates.
3. Infrastructure development to keep pace with the changing needs of technical education.
4. Change society's perception of the world towards technical education.
