Mission:

The Palestinian Center for Counseling is a non-profit organization providing comprehensive services in the field of positive mental health, including psychotherapy and counseling, social educational services to prevent the development of psychological problems, capacity-building and counseling for mental health institutions and individuals as well as pressure and advocacy to influence policies and legislation supportive of the right of access To establish a healthy mental health together in Palestine


Goals:

- Improve the performance of individuals and groups psychologically, functionally, both productively and socially.
2. Protect individuals and groups from the risk of psychological and social problems in the most marginalized areas.
3. Developing the capacities and performance of institutions and individuals working in the field of mental health in the West Bank and Jerusalem.
4. Improving policies, procedures, regulations and practices related to the mental health of the individual and the Palestinian society.
5. Develop the Center's self-capacity to conform to the standards of good governance.
6. Developing the financial system of the Center to conform to the objectives of the General Center and the International Accounting Standards.

Build capacity of community based organizations in the areas of administration, finance, public relations, strategic planning, activities planning and quarterly reports as well as a range of training courses for staff and volunteer institutions about topics stages of development of the child, stages of development of groups, summer camps, and community campaigns.
