Mission:

The advancement of people with disabilities (special needs) socially, economically and culturally.


Goals:

1 - Early detection of disability and diagnosis and treatment.
2 - Provide assistance and psycho-social and health counseling.
3 - Training for self-care activities.
4 - Family care and assistance at home and through the training and counseling of family members to follow the programs of the local society.
5 - Changing attitudes of family and community regarding disabilities.
