Mission & Goals


Mission:

The Center works to develop and promote progressive feminist speech based on the values of social justice and equality between the sexes, and about enabling women to take advantage of all available community resources, and contribute to the development of community leaders and youth who is capable to achieve this cause.


Goals:

1. Development of a feminist culture in Palestinian society based on respect for human rights.
2. The integration of equality on the basis of gender in all national policies and legislation, and to make sure that the needs of women and girl children are taken into account in all national plans and projects.
3. Enable women leaders to participate in development, social change, and decision-making in the workforce on the basis of equality based on gender.
4. Search and monitor the conditions of women and to identify gender gaps in Palestinian society.
5. To contribute to the development of capabilities of various social institutions against all forms of violence against women and girls.
6. The integration of women and girls with disabilities in all interventions aimed to the development of their situation.
7. Develop strategies for working with women and documenting the successful experiences of business and circulation.
8. Building the capacity of the center in order to develop work to achieve the above objectives.
